Resort Relief is yet another timeshare exit company claiming it can get you out of your timeshare. The company has been in business since 2014 and is located in Conroe, TX.
We recently spoke with a timeshare owner who had a negative experience with this company. The timeshare owner told us that he heard Resort Relief advertising on the radio and gave them a call. He listened to their timeshare cancellation pitch and decided not to move forward with the service. Now he’s receiving more than ten calls a day badgering him to sign up with them. He told us he felt the calls were aggressive and harassing.

Their homepage mentions that they have a lawyer ready to help you with your cancellation. This is important because a timeshare exit company that doesn’t use a lawyer to cancel your timeshare is likely a scam. However, just because they say they have a lawyer does not actually mean that they have one. Always make sure to verify who the lawyer is and what his/her credentials are before hiring a timeshare exit company.

Similar to what we heard from a timeshare owner, one customer on Google mentioned that Resort Relief won’t stop calling. Others mention that it’s a scam.
There are some positive reviews on the BBB, but several negative reviews on other websites. Many negative reviews mention the law firm of Castle Law Group that was shut down. The attorney of Castle Law Group was also disbarred. Looks like Resort Relief was working with Castle Law Group when it was shut down and several owners were scammed out of their money.
